As we approach summer break, it is important to consider how strength and conditioning can help bridge the gap between the spring and fall seasons. All skill levels are welcome at this camp.
High school groups will train Monday through Thursday, June 9-June 26 and July 7-July 31, for a total of 28 sessions. We will not meet the week of July 4 due to the holiday and the MHSAA Dead Week.
Middle school will train Mondays and Wednesdays, June 9-June 25 and July 7-July 30, for a total of 14 sessions. We will not meet the week of July 4 due to the holiday and the MHSAA Dead Week.
It is never too late to start training. Long term athletic development occurs with consistency. Please consider continuing training once the school year begins--it's a high school class offered both semesters!
